We have been working with Tech4 for approximately five years. As one of the leading commercial firms in Dorset, it is essential that our IT systems are kept up to date and are reliable. We outsource all of our IT requirements to Tech4 and have the security of knowing that our system is being continually monitored.
Tech4 have remote access to both our servers and our PCs and this enables them to troubleshoot without the usual delays involved in waiting for a site visit. On rare occasions when a site visit is required then the response times are extremely good.
In addition to providing support, Tech4 also advise us regarding out new hardware and software requirements.

Apple Conservatories are the largest local, supplier and installer of Conservatories, Windows, Doors and Soffits and Fascias in Dorset and Hampshire with seven local Branches in Bournemouth, Southampton, Salisbury, Weymouth, New Milton and Beaulieu).

Apple's outsourced IT maintenance and support through Tech4 brings a range of diverse technical skills that would be unlikely to be provided by an in-house IT manager in general or to Tech4's level of expertise.
Tech4 has enabled Apple to focus on customer service without IT or telephony interruptions. Tech4's engineers work in partnership with Apple's employees to provide a very high level of service minimising the overall IT spend.
Apple cannot praise Tech4 too highly.
