IT Field Service Engineer

Salary: £18,000 to £22,000

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Field Engineer to join our team.

This is an exciting, varied and challenging role and is ideally suited to a team player with a “can-do” attitude and the ability to communicate in plain English to clients.

The daily activities include (but are not limited to);

• Hardware/Software Diagnostics and Repair
• PC, Laptop and Server Installations
• Configuration of Network Routers and TCP/IP Services
• Installation of peripherals such as Printers, Projectors, Screens etc.
• Basic customer training and assistance

To be considered for this position, you should;

• Ideally have a Microsoft Certification
• Display competence with Microsoft Windows Server and Exchange Server
• Have at least two years experience within a similar role
• Possess a full, clean UK driving License
• Be eligible to work in the UK

Helpdesk Support Technician

Salary: £14,000 to £16,000

If you have experience working in a 1st/2nd Line support role, we could have an opportunity for you.  We need another Helpdesk Support Technician to join our busy support team based in our offices at Holton Heath, Poole.

Our busy Helpdesk supports well in excess of 100 business clients in Dorset and Hampshire with their day to day IT issues, we need a customer-focussed, enthusiastic and capable person to log, action, prioritise and allocate support tickets quickly and efficiently.

Reporting to the Helpdesk Manager, the position is an office-based role that presents a wide range of jobs giving the successful candidate an fantastic opportunity to develop their own skill sets, whilst making a positive impact on the efficiency of our clients’ IT systems.
